Where is Ballroom at the Reserve?

Answer

Ballroom at the Reserve is located at 116 S Commercial St, Neenah. Above Lion's Tail Brewing Company. There is an elevator to the venue on the third floor. All events will take place indoors.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00. Please arrive early to allow time to find a parking spot.

Is there free parking for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a small lot behind the venue. In addition to that the city of Neenah offers free parking on the weekends. Please refer to the parking map above or the City of Neenah's website for lot details if you plan to leave your car overnight.

Do I need to select a meal option?

Answer

No, dinner will be buffet style. We will be serving Van Abel's Broasted Chicken, Beef Tips, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Dressing, Tossed Salad, & Bean Salad.

Will you be serving alcohol? If so what kinds?

Answer

Yes, we will be serving wine, beer, and soda. Other drink options will also be available to purchase from the bar.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While not required guest are encouraged to wear semi-formal attire. All events will be indoors and our venue has AC to keep everyone comfortable.

Are you reserving a room block?

Answer

No, a majority of our guests are local so we will not be reserving a room block. If you do need overnight accommodations there are many options in Neenah including a DoubleTree next door to the venue.
