How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" tab on this website and fill out the prompts on the online form. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience, and NO LATER than September 23, 2025. We are looking forward to celebrating with you!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by September 23, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendor and cannot accept late RSVPs or make late accommodations. This means that you will not be allowed to show up to our wedding, as there will be no seating, meal or drink accommodations for you.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "will NOT attend" on your RSVP. If you have already RSVP'd "attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Claudia as soon as you are aware of this change!

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for your understanding!

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! We are highly encouraging guests to wear elegant, black tie-optional and formal attire. For the ladies, it is recommended to show up in midi to floor length dresses, and for the gentlemen, suits are a requirement.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invitation, and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will NOT be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour begins to enter!

What if I am late?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is set to start promptly at 4:30pm. Unfortunately if you are not seated by then, access will not be granted until the ceremony has concluded.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Free parking is located on-site, with plenty of space!

Can I take photos DURING the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, this means NO phones or cameras in use until the ceremony concludes. The greatest gift you can give us is by being fully present as we say "I do"! We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we will be sharing photos as soon as we receive them. Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to capture as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is set to be held outdoors, with an indoor cocktail hour and reception.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar from the start of cocktail hour to 10:30pm. Mocktails will be available as a dry option, as well as tea and lemonade!

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

Passed hors d'oeuvres will be provided during cocktail hour, followed by a sit-down dinner with your choice of entree during the reception. You are to select your choice of entree when you RSVP! If you would like to change your meal selection, either go through the RSVP process again to re-select your entree choice, or reach out to Claudia. Meal options and RSVP accessibility will be locked on September 23, 2025, so please ensure meal selections are finalized prior to this date to ensure you get your preferred entree!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

When you RSVP, there will be a space to include any dietary or allergy restrictions. You can also reach out to Claudia with dietary restrictions, no later than September 23, 2025 so that the venue can make proper accommodations!
