Claudia and Calum spent their high school years being the best of friends. But, little did they know, they both secretly wanted more. Claudia spent her days swooning over Calum, never imagining he'd ever like her back, and was always just thankful to have him as a friend. However, to her surprise, at her 18th birthday party, after confessing his knowledge of her crush on him, he would seal the night with a kiss. And then she went off to college 2 hours away. This is where they thought their story ended. ~~~ One year later, Claudia made the choice to leave her University indefinitely. She returned to Livonia, unsure of what the future had in store but hopeful she'd see Cal again. Luckily, Calum was living in White Lake and their paths would surely cross in no time. During the end of 2018, these two spent hours rekindling their friendship daily. Claudia swore up and down, Cal just wanted to be friends, and she was convinced she'd be okay with that. After a few months of being besties again, Calum sent Claudia a text asking if she were free for dinner. Claudia would have cancelled dinner with Adam Sandler if it meant spending time with Calum, so yes she was obviously free. When the yes hit Calums pocket, he responded, "okay, its a date then... a date, date."
