Katherine "Kitty Kat" Wilson had a blissful 18 months of life as a single child before she was blessed by her little sister, Elizabeth "BT" Wilson. In fact, it's because of Kat that Lizzy received her family nickname of "BT". Danny was informed of what this has come to stand for when he told Lizzy's parents about his intentions to marry their daughter and they looked at him concerned, asking "you know what BT stands for, right?!?- Big Trouble". As Kat has grown accustomed to throughout her life, this description of her has actually started out by being all about Lizzy. Kat is, in all honesty, the rock that has kept Lizzy focused throughout the years. She has been there through all of the ups and down, bringing Lizzy back to earth when her head is in the clouds, and picking her up when she is in the pits of despair. Nobody really knows how many times Kat has saved Lizzy from "literally dying". Kat is the ying to her yang, the peanut butter to her jelly, the brain to her heart. She is also one of the most interesting women you will ever meet -she will bring just about anything your brain can imagine to life. In the end, Lizzy can't think of a better person to be at her side to celebrate this milestone and Danny is thrilled to be gaining the best "seester" ever.

Best Man

Unlike Kat Wilson's brief tenure as an only-child, David had an entire 4.25 years to be the prince of the house before Danny came along and stole the spotlight. While many big brothers in this situation would try to wrestle the attention away from the usurper, David was different. Fast forward a few decades, he is a kind, loving husband to Giuliana, and a doting, beloved father to Caroline, Ren, and Kate. Looking back, these virtues were apparent as a boy when he became Danny's protector, then friend and peer. Certainly, there were moments of competition and conflict, bumps and bruises, but the bond was always strong. Perhaps the four years separating the two brothers was just the right amount of space. David was always one step ahead; he left for college when Danny was starting high school; went off to the US Navy when Danny moved on to college. They were close enough in space and time to support each other, but far enough apart to walk their own paths. Their lives and interests diverged revealing a sometimes comical juxtaposition. While David prefers Billy Joel, Danny wants to listen the the Beastie Boys, and loudly. David started raising a family in his 20s; Danny was a perpetual student into his mid-30s. Teenage David had a light Justin Bieber swoop and Danny had dark curls approaching his shoulders. Nowadays they are both balding, but at least Danny gets to sport a beard. However, when you join them on the dance floor you will see the 4 left feet they have in common!
