FAQs

Question

Why are we collecting a deposit?

Answer

As this is a destination celebration, we are reserving accommodations and group transportation in advance. The deposit helps cover shared expenses and allows us to confirm final guest counts responsibly. Because we are securing lodging and services ahead of time, the deposit confirms your commitment and helps us plan accordingly. We’re so grateful to everyone making the trip to celebrate with us!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

April 1st, 2026.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will arrive at the ceremony by 5:00 PM to ensure a smooth and timely start. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, and a shuttle bus will be available to transport guests to the location between 3:00 and 3:45 PM.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding celebration is an intimate gathering. If you have questions about bringing a guest, please reach out to us directly. We look forward to sharing this special day with you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We warmly welcome children at our ceremony and want to ensure every guest feels comfortable. Due to venue limitations and budget considerations, we kindly request parents consider the reception as an adults-only celebration. We understand childcare can be challenging, so we invite you to contact us directly if you need special accommodations for your children. Our goal is to create a memorable experience for everyone while being sensitive to each family's unique circumstances.

Question

Ceremony: What Should I Wear?

Answer

Ceremony Attire: Sunset Beach Elegance Please WEAR SHADES OF NUDE and BROWN. We're envisioning a relaxed yet stylish beach celebration. Our dress code embraces soft, natural tones—think nude and brown palettes that complement our sunset setting. Lightweight, flowy fabrics are ideal: breezy dresses, linen shirts, dress pants, and dressy sandals or flats will ensure you look and feel comfortable. Jackets and ties are welcome but optional, and we recommend avoiding high heels to navigate the sandy terrain with ease. Regarding the weather, mid-October evenings in Cocoa Beach are typically warm, hovering in the mid-to-high 70s with a gentle ocean breeze. While we're hoping for perfect conditions, coastal weather can be unpredictable. We suggest checking the forecast as the date approaches and prioritizing comfortable footwear that allows you to move and celebrate freely. Our goal is for everyone to look beautiful, feel relaxed, and fully enjoy our special moment by the sea.
