While taxis are available, rental cars are often the easiest way to explore the Boyne Valley. If you plan to drive, remember that traffic travels on the left side of the road in Ireland.
We are still working on deciding where we want to be registered, when we have more information we will let everyone know!
We are envisioning a romantic Irish estate garden party and invite our guests to embrace the aesthetic! Ladies are encouraged to wear dresses in pastels or floral prints. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits in shades of black, navy, blue, or gray. Think elegant, timeless, and full of soft spring colors. While these colors complement our wedding aesthetic, your presence is what matters most!
Based on our research, the best time to consider booking is when flights become available and prices look reasonable! This is often 6–9 months out from the event (around July-November 2026). We strongly suggest not to wait until the last 2-3 months unless youre comfortable paying more. If you are coming from Pittsburgh, Aer Lingus now offers direct flights out of Pittsburgh! Because this is an international destination wedding, we recommend ensuring your passport is valid and beginning to think about travel plans well in advance!
Festivities start on Monday, May 24th at 6pm, with check in at the estate starting at 3:30pm. We suggest arriving to Ireland a few days early to get acclimated to the time change (5 hours ahead EST) and explore the city of Dublin. The bride and groom will be arriving on Friday, May 21st to Dublin and would love to hangout with anyone that is in the area!
