We kindly ask that you RSVP by by April 1, 2026. We appreciate you letting us know by then, so we can finalize our plans. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We’re going for semi-formal with a garden party vibe. Think polished yet playful: cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or a suit with or without a tie. Since we’ll be celebrating outdoors, we recommend comfortable shoes. Most of all, wear something that makes you feel great, and please leave white (and bridal-adjacent shades) to the bride.
We've worked hard to create an intimate celebration, so only the guests listed on your invitation are invited. If your invitation says "and guest" or includes a guest's name, then yes - we'd love for them to join!
We absolutely adore your little ones and cherish them dearly. For our wedding day, we’ve decided to keep the celebration adults-only, with the exception of a few teenage family members who will be taking on special roles in the ceremony. We truly hope this allows everyone to relax, unwind, and fully enjoy a joyful evening celebrating with us.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm, so we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early to park, find your seat, and settle in.
We've reserved hotel blocks for our guests at the Drury Plaza Hotel Richmond and the Holiday Inn Express- Midtown under the name Clark/Neighbors wedding. To receive the discounted rate, please be sure to book by April 14, 2026. If you prefer, there are also many charming and affordable Airbnb options available throughout the area. We’re so grateful you’re making the trip to celebrate with us!
We completely understand that not everyone will be able to join us, and we truly appreciate you letting us know as soon as you can. Please simply RSVP “no” on our website so we can plan accordingly. You’ll absolutely be missed, but we’re so grateful for your love and support from afar!
