Question

What time should I arrive at the church for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM CST. We suggest you arrive between 2:30 - 2:45 PM CST.

Is there a dress code?

We suggest cocktail attire!

Will there be transportation between the hotel and ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation for those staying at the Hyatt Lodge over the weekend. Please see our "Travel & Lodging" tab for more details!

Is there parking available at the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Holy Apostles Greek Orthodox Church, which has two large parking lots on both sides of the church. The cocktail hour/reception will be at the Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook. While there is no valet service offered, there is a large parking lot down the road from the hotel - about a 5 minute walk away. A shuttle will be running between the parking lot and hotel front entrance and vice versa from the start of the cocktail hour until midnight.
