Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

The ceremony will be indoors in an air conditioned space. Dress as fancy or as casual as you wish! There are so many options- a sundress, a button up, your fanciest jeans?
Transportation will be available to the venue from the Baymont by Wyndham and Best Western hotels starting at 3:15pm until 4:15pm for arrival. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30.
Cocktail Hour & Photos
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The best time to get a drink and mingle! The bride and groom will be taking photos with family and friends.
Reception
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Dinner will be served buffet style with a main dish of either Smoked Beef Brisket or Agave Chicken. Sides will include: four cheese macaroni & cheese, a corn & pepper medley, a summer salad, and dinner roll. There will be vegan/vegetarian option of Vegan Stuffed Pepper available for your main dish, as well as a kids meal option if needed! Please let us know in your RSVP what you think you'd like to have for your main dish! We also have a late night snack of walking tacos planned for those around later in the evening. Trefzger's cookies for dessert! Transportation will be available from the venue from the Baymont by Wyndham hotel and Best Western after 7:30pm. If you are not planning to use the shuttle service, please be safe and choose a designated driver if needed.
