Will we need AWD or 4WD?

Answer

Early November in Estes Park is usually without snow, but mountain weather is unpredictable. If heading into RMNP and/or going to higher elevations AWD or 4WD is recommended. If just staying in town AWD should be sufficient if it were to snow.
