Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request no children at the ceremony or reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on site at the Fountain of Youth, but we strongly suggest guests walk, uber, or use our reserved trolley to get to and from the wedding.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:15 PM. We kindly request that all guests arrive by 5:00 PM.

Where should I meet to catch the trolley for venue drop off?

Answer

Trolley pickup for venue drop off begins at 4:00 PM. Pickup for hotel drop off will begin at 9:00 PM. For pickup at the DoubleTree St. Augustine Historic District, please meet right out the front door of the lobby. For pickup at the Hilton Garden Inn St. Augustine Historic District, please meet on the south side of the hotel using the south main entrance door. For the Renaissance Historic Downtown Hotel, you will need to walk across the street to the city’s visitor information center. From the main lobby you can use the light that crosses W. Castillo Drive to walk over. The trolley will be waiting in the visitor information center parking lot. Each of the hotels will receive trolley pick up instructions to help direct guests. Please see hotel staff for further assistance, if needed.
