When is the RSVP deadline?

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive by 2:30-2:45 to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors overlooking the south Big Sur Coast. The cocktail hour & reception will be located at the glass, fully enclosed Solarium.

What should we wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. It may be a little chilly on the coast, so we recommend bringing a jacket, sweater, or shawl for the outdoor ceremony.

Can I bring a plus-one?

If you would like to bring a plus one, please reach out to us before 12/5/24 and we will do our best to accommodate!

Can we bring our children?

Answer

If you would like to have a date night without the little ones, we are happy to provide local babysitter recommendations from our friends in the area. If you would like to bring the kiddos, please let us know before 12/7/24. We will speak to the venue to ensure they have appropriate seating and meals prepared. Children will need to be supervised at all times as this is a cliffside venue.

Will there be dancing?

Of course. Too shy to dance? Don't worry, there will be a wine bar to help with that.

Where should we stay?

Answer

There are many places you can stay. The venue itself has 39 rooms, and there are hotels in San Simeon and Cambria. If you enjoy wine tasting, Paso Robles is a bit further but has great wineries and a fun downtown area.
