Are there accommodations nearby the venue?

Answer

Yes! We have listed 4 options on the 'accommodations' section of the website, with additional details below: - The Courtyard Marriot Lincroft Red Bank has a reserved room block. Please see the 'Accommodations' section for more details and for a link to book directly. - There are many hotels in the area outside of the ones listed on the site that you are able to book. Suggest to search for hotels in Seabright, Red Bank, Middletown & Long Branch (New Jersey). - If you are planning to stay overnight in one of the hotels, we recommend that you place your reservation ASAP as we understand this particular weekend is quite busy in the area and rooms are selling out quickly. - IMPORTANT: Once all rooms on the reserved block at the Marriot have been booked, there will be no additional rooms available at this hotel.

Will there be transportation provided from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

There will be a 56-passenger Coach Bus provided from the Courtyard Marriot Red Bank to the Venue. The pickup time will be 330PM at the Marriot and the charter bus will plan to depart to the venue at 345PM. The reception ends at 11PM and there will be an additional bus that will depart to the hotel at 11:15PM. The venue is roughly 15 minutes from hotel options 1, 2 and 3 that we have listed on the accomodations section of the site. Hotel option 4 is located 4 minutes from the venue.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at 430PM. We recommend arriving at the venue shortly before this time to find a seat. There is a bar/restaurant (The Rum Runner - Seabright, New Jersey) directly across the street from the venue if you arrive early or wish to get the day started there!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

As the wedding is located on the gorgeous New Jersey shoreline, the suggested wedding attire is 'cocktail attire' or 'beach formal'. While this is envisioned to be a broad range of stylish ideas, some examples include wearing brighter hues like lighter-colored suits or dresses and textiles that are suitable for (hopefully) lovely beach weather!

Can I bring a date or guest?

Answer

All guests will be specified on your invitation and RSVP card when the formal invitations are sent. We wish we could accommodate everyone, but we are trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The location of the venue is located on the jersey shore, so you guessed it... it's on a beach! If the weather permits, the ceremony will be held outdoors. Additionally, the cocktail hour will be situated in an indoor/outdoor environment (i.e. covered area). The reception is indoors, but there will be an outdoor deck available during the reception (weather permitting) throughout the night and the gorgeous beach available for some fresh air and beautiful pictures.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 11PM. As most of our guests will be staying at Courtyard Marriot in Red Bank, there will be a cash bar reserved from 11PM-2AM for those that wish to keep the party going with us!
