How have you handled COVID guidelines at your wedding?

** Updated as of 8/18/2020 ** Our venue has done a great job and continues to do a great job to follow all of California's guidelines when it comes to COVID-19. Every item or location that our guests can come into contact with is thoroughly cleaned/sanitized. As of now (8/18/2020) group dancing is not encouraged at the venue for health/safety precautions but there will still be music and a DJ to still make the night as great as possible. We have made the decision to lower our guest count to below 50 total people. We have also shortened our wedding time from 6 hours, to 4 hours to make things run more smoothly for our guests as well as making our guests feel safer. - In response to our shorter wedding, we have an after party at our AirBnB close-by for those who would like to continue the celebration starting around 8:00pm.

Wedding invitations and when I should RSVP?

Answer

** Updated as of 8/18/2020 ** By now we have shared with our guests that our guest count has significantly gone down to ensure the safety of our family and close friends at our wedding. We have been a little delayed on getting those out to our new number of guests but we expect invitations to be out in the next couple of weeks. We also understand committing to our wedding or any event this year is always up in the air. We hope you can RSVP by October 16. But at the same time, we understand things can change at the drop of a hat. So feel free to reach out to us directly for any changes and most importantly do what is best for your health and safety.

What about wearing a mask?

Answer

We are not requiring our guests to wear or not wear a mask. Whatever you are comfortable is all we are asking for. I know us personally will not be wearing any masks and for photos we will recommend not wearing a mask. But if you choose to wear one during the ceremony or reception, we are more than okay with that. Safety first :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue will be open to our party and guests at 2:30pm. We urge guests to be there around 3:00pm in order to walk around and check out the beautiful venue and enjoy San Diego weather.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is formal attire. - Suits - dress shirt with dress pants - semi formal cocktail dresses

Can I bring a date?

Answer

** Updated as of 8/18/2020 ** We have a strict guest list to stay on budget as well as health and safety precautions. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If for some reason circumstances change or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us months in advanced so we can try and help accommodate the best we can.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, there will be an option for you to share your special requests when you RSVP via website or by mail.

What type of bar selection will there be?

Answer

Beer, wine, and other non-alcoholic will be served throughout the night at the venue. However, at the Air BnB there will be more options available.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the ceremony. But we always recommend carpooling to limit the amount of drivers on the road after a long night of celebrating :)

Is there parking at Air BnB and how do we get there?

Answer

The Air BnB is less than a 5 minute drive away. However, parking is limited to 10 cars. We encourage carpooling and as we get closer to the date we will figure out more details to shuttle people to and from!

What will the weather be like in Fallbrook, CA in November?

Answer

The beauty of living in Southern California is that you will most likely get sunny and 70's. Last year in 2019 it was a bit on the warmer size in the 80's but what we should expect is: - During the day mid- 70's - At night in the mid- 50's

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love our little ones and mini-me's :) But we encourage this night to be a nice getaway for all parents to enjoy themselves and have a relaxing evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time our guests and parents can celebrate with us. Alternatively, we do understand there may be situations where it can be an issue. Please reach out to us in advanced to discuss so we can work together to accommodate.
