When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask you to RSVP online by January 1st, 2024; please visit the "RSVP" tab for more information. Formal invitations to follow.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Although we do not have a reserved hotel block for our guests, we have compiled a selection of recommended lodging options. Kindly refer to the "Travel" section for further details. Furthermore, there are additional accommodations within the vicinity, encompassing various hotels and Airbnb listings.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. Ladies should wear formal floor length gowns, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding celebration is intended to be an intimate gathering with our cherished loved ones. We regret to inform you that, at this time, we are not extending invitations for additional guests. If your partner has been invited, their name has been thoughtfully included in both the online RSVP and the forthcoming formal invitation.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres shall be served during the reception. Please be advised that a formal sit-down dinner will not be included as part of the culinary offerings.

Is transportation to the venue provided?

Answer

Transportation shall be coordinated for all out-of-town attendees lodging at each of our recommended accommodations in Tubac. In consideration of the limited parking capacity at the venue, we kindly request that guests who are driving to the location, and are able to do so, consider carpooling.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #silvasanders24 so we can keep track of all of your pictures.
