A few years ago Jake and Clarissa went for a walk at the beautiful Reynolda Gardens. They saw a penny fountain there and stopped to make a wish. Jake asked Clarissa what her wish was. She couldn’t tell him - or it might not come true! However, Clarissa told him that he could probably guess what she wished for. About a year and a half later Jake visited Clarissa while she was in graduate school to attend her school’s formal dance and celebrate Easter weekend. The night Jake arrived they went to their favorite place to walk, Reynolda Gardens. It was a beautiful, romantic night with many couples enjoying picnics and the flowers gardens. Once the sun had set and everyone had left the park, Jake took Clarissa to that same fountain. He got down on one knee and said “will you?” Clarissa said “omg” probably 50 times and cried a little bit. We hugged and kissed and couldn’t believe it. We still can barely believe we have found a love even greater than we ever dreamed of. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you in this magical place.
