Our ceremony and reception will be held at Camelot Meadows in Belmont, NC.
Ceremony starts at 5:00pm. Please arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins.
We have reserved a room block at a select nearby hotel. Please visit the Travel section of our website for booking details and deadlines. Additional suggestions are also included in this section.
Yes, parking will be available at the venue.
Our wedding will be a formal / semi-formal event. For women: Long gowns, cocktail dresses, or dressy separates are all welcome. For men: Suit or dress pants with a jacket; a tie is recommended, though optional for semi-formal. Please note that shorts, flip-flops, jeans and t-shirts are not appropriate. Since our celebration will take place outdoors at Camelot Meadows, we recommend shoes that are comfortable for walking on grass or cobblestone paths. We look forward to seeing you dressed to celebrate this special day in style!
Since many of you are traveling to celebrate with us, we’re keeping the reception relaxed with open seating. Please sit wherever you feel most comfortable — with old friends, new friends, or someone you just met at the welcome drinks!
Yes! We’ll be hosting an open bar during the reception and look forward to celebrating with you. In keeping with venue policies, we kindly ask that guests do not bring outside alcohol onto the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Most importantly, we hope everyone celebrates responsibly so we can all enjoy a joyful, safe, and memorable evening together. We can’t wait to raise a glass with you!
