The haldi is a joyful pre-wedding ritual where loved ones apply turmeric paste to the couple for blessings, beauty, and good luck. Expect laughter, music, and sunshine. This is a relaxed, drop-by kind of event- everyone’s welcome!

Attire: Dressy dinner - think light dresses or jumpsuits for the ladies, and khakis and button-ups for the guys.
There will be dinner served family style

Attire: Beach semi-formal

Keep the celebration going! After both Friday and Saturday night receptions, join us at Guacamayas Bar, located on the El Dorado side of the resort, for late-night drinks and dancing. NOTE: The golf carts at the resort stop running at 11pm, so plan on walking back. If you're staying at Generations - plan on walking back 20+ minutes.

Attire: While Indian attire is preferred, if dressing in western clothing, vibrant and colorful hues are encouraged. Red is reserved for the bride.
