What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 4 pm. Please arrive at 3:30 pm!

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will take place outdoors on turf. The reception is also planned outdoors, though we'll move it indoors if weather doesn't cooperate. As we get closer to the date, we'll monitor the forecast and secure an indoor venue for the reception if needed.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
Due to space and capacity constraints, we are limiting children to family and wedding party members and children over the age of 14.

We kindly ask that you RSVP online using the link or QR code provided. Should you encounter any difficulties, please don't hesitate to reach out—we're happy to help you submit your response another way.

Yes there is plenty of parking throughout the Bridge Bay property.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?
Answer
We'll include a space for dietary restrictions and allergies on our invitation RSVP cards. That said, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly if you have any concerns or questions—we're here to help!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We're delighted to provide beverages for our celebration! We'll offer beer, wine, and seltzers throughout the evening, with our tab covering a set amount for our guests. Should anyone wish to enjoy additional drinks beyond that, we'll have a cash bar available.

Photos during ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you keep phones away during the ceremony so we can all be fully present for this special moment. Our talented photographer and videographer will be capturing every beautiful detail, so you'll have plenty of wonderful images to cherish.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Answer
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. Or if you wish we have a wedding registry you can buy off of.

When does the reception end?

The reception will be concluding at 10 pm. But if you need to, or choose to leave sooner we are okay with that.
