From the Bride: We met on a popular (or not so popular) dating app, Tinder. Most people seem to have some Tinder horror story of the sort, as do I, but Andrew was different and I felt it from the start. We connected and exchanged messages in Spring of 2018 while I was visiting Phoenix for job interviews all while finishing up my final semester at Texas Tech. Messages turned into texts, turned into phone calls, turned into Facetimes. I truly was counting down the days until I moved to Phoenix so I could meet him in person, despite the bittersweet move away from my amazing friends and life I had built in Texas. Andrew is the most authentic, genuine man you will ever meet and he really did put a whole new meaning to “home is wherever I am with you”. We dated casually for a few months and made it offical at a high school cheer competition I was coaching (how romantic!) in the Fall of 2018. Each day I fall in love with you all over again, thanks Tinder! From the Groom: From the moment I saw Jordan’s smile while I was looking at her profile on a dating app, I was blown away and crossed my fingers she swiped the same way I did, I was in luck she did! I messaged her and used my college football knowledge to get her attention giving her a big ‘Guns Up’. Our first date was at a popular local brewery in Chandler, Arizona. In fact that date was so special, we commemorate it by going to that brewery each “anniversary” of the first date. I remember that whole night like it was yesterday, but I will never forget watching Jordan walk to my car upon pickup and gasping in complete ah. Jordan has made life better in every aspect from being a master interior designer to a tremendous cook (thanks for making me not a picky eater). There isn’t anything Jordan can’t do! Over the course of the last 3 years we have created countless traditions and many memories that will last a lifetime.
