When and where does the shuttle run?

The shuttle will run from the Best Western in Oswego at 1:30 pm and 2:45 pm. It will also run from the wedding venue back to the hotel at 10:00 pm and 11:15pm.

Answer

Colloca Estate Winery is listed as in Sterling, NY on a GPS device. Typically, the GPS will mistakenly take you too far up the road, so when you type Colloca Estate Winery into your GPS, make sure you watch for the sign to the entrance on West Bay Rd.

Why are there pirates running around?

Answer

Every year, Fair Haven, NY celebrates Pirate Fest! It just so happens that Clare and Vinny are getting married during this unique festival. Pirate actors will be scattered all around Fair Haven! Arrrrgh!!!!!

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony will be held on the Lower Terrace on a grassy lawn, so you may not want to wear high heels during this event!

What are the bar options?

Answer

We are offering a full open bar for the first two hours (including cocktail hour) and then a wine and beer bar for the last three hours. During the wine and beer bar time, you may chose to purchase other drinks if you wish.
