When should I rsvp by?

We ask that you kindly RSVP no later September 1st, so that we can give our final guest count to our caterer.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking, getting seated, and settling in. The ceremony will start promptly at 3 pm, and we want you to be there for every moment!

Can I bring a date?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted there. Please contact Clare if you have questions regarding this. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking?

Answer

At Pinewood, there is parking, but it is limited. We ask that you would carpool and that families would drive together to save space for everyone.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration, unless noted otherwise on your invitation directly. We hope this will be fun night out for you to relax and enjoy! Thank for making arrangements so you can join us!

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will take place outside! Our cocktail hour will be both indoor and outdoor, with a indoor reception to follow.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The day will be formal, so we kindly ask that you would dress up! Suit jacket and dress pants, suits, or tuxes for men. Long formal dresses for women. No jeans or khaki pants for men, or short dresses for women please.
