What is the dress code?

Formal wear requested. Suit and ties for the men and formal gowns for the ladies. We ask that all invited children also adhere to this dress code. We would love if you wore color to our wedding. See color palette FAQ for ideas.

Think fresh and fun spring time colors. So pinks, blues, yellows, greens, and other similar colors.

The reception location has a lot of grass so be mindful of that with your shoe choices.

Can I bring a date?

Only if they are included on the invite.

Of course! If they are included on the invite or if they are still a breastfeeding infant.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony and reception?

Answer

No, it is about 15-20 minute drive to the reception from the Church. Please drink responsibly.

Traveling?

Answer

For those traveling in from out of town there are three airport options to choose from: DCA Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, IAD Dulles International Airport, and RIC Richmond International Airport. There is also a train that stops in old town Fredericksburg as an option.
