Train

Metro-North

Beacon is easily accessible by train from NYC. From Grand Central, you can catch a Metro-North train on the Hudson Line. Transit time from Grand Central to Beacon is ~1 hour and 15 minutes. There are no transfers and this is a direct line. Both train ticket purchases and train schedule viewing can be done via the 'MTA TrainTime' app on your phone.

Flight

LaGuardia Airport

For those coming from our of town, you can fly to LaGuardia Airport (LGA). Options to get to Beacon from LGA include: 1) A rental car and a 1 hour and 30 minute drive to Beacon. 2) Taxis / Ride service to Grand Central and taking the Metro North Train. 3) Public transit to Grand Central and taking the Metro North Train. Note - For those unfamiliar with the NYC subway / bus system, we would recommend a taxi to Grand Central and taking the train, or renting a car and driving.

Flight

Newark Liberty International Airport

For those coming from out of town, you can fly to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). Options to get to Beacon from EWR include: 1) A rental car and a 1 hour and 30 minute drive to Beacon. 2) Taxi service into New York City's Grand Central Station, then taking the Metro North Train outlined above. Note: While public transit is an option to get to Grand Central Station for Metro North, we would advise that this involves multiple train transfers.

Flight

Albany International Airport

The Albany Airport is another option to fly into. From the Albany airport, guests will need to either: 1) Schedule a taxi service for a round trip ride to and from Beacon. 2) Renting a car to drive to and from Beacon.
