You can RSVP by going to the tab on our website called "RSVP"
Please RSVP to all events you're invited to by March 15th, 2025
No! The email you received was our "save the date" and when it prompted you to add your contact info, that was just a way for us to get your address so we could send you our physical invite (which you, hopefully, should have gotten by now). In order to RSVP, you must do so by going to the tab on our website called "RSVP" and answering the questions. If you're unsure if you RSVP'd, please reach out to one of us, and we can let you know if we received your RSVP or not.
We are! You can find it under the "Registry" tab. Our registry contains many cash funds for fun experiences, as well as some gifts from Zola, Target, and Amazon!
Yes! We will be having a rehearsal dinner open to any family traveling in from out of town. If you would like to attend, please RSVP by clicking on the "RSVP" tab above. NOTE: You will have to "re-click" through all the other events you responded to beforehand. Your prior answers should have been saved automatically, but if not, feel free to respond again!
Mainly depends on the weather! While the reception will be held indoors, the ceremony has the potential to be held indoors or outdoors. Once we get a few days away from the wedding, we will update you on where the ceremony will be held. The cocktail hour will be held mainly outside, however, it is nicely covered and has a large gas fireplace for everyone. You'll also be able to go inside the "lodge," if you want.
Yes! We're going for a semi-formal look! For ladies: Think cocktail, midi, or long dresses, or dressy skirts/pants with a blouse. Heels, flats, or dressy shoes are all good options, but if the ceremony is outside on grass, choose your heels type wisely. Please avoid wearing white or any color close to it (duh! haha), as well as try to avoid a color similar to what the bridesmaids will be wearing, which is a dusty rose/light pink color. For gentlemen: Khakis or slacks with a button-down shirt work well (jacket and tie are optional). A suit is fine but not required. Dress shoes are preferred. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident in what you wear— so please don’t stress too much about the dress code!
Due to limited space, plus ones are by invitation only. Guests are asked not to bring a plus one unless it's specified on their invitation. Thank you for understanding! Note: If it is specified you get a plus one when you go to RSVP but the guest's name says "unknown," you will be able to add in their name once you select "will attend." Please make sure to provide us with that info!
Similar answer to the question above, we love your little ones, but due to limitations, we kindly ask that your children only attend if noted on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Doors will open at 3:40 pm, and we will begin the ceremony promptly at 4:00 pm.
For anyone who hasn't been to the Pacific Northwest before, welcome! While the area is beautiful year-round, April is particularly unpredictable in terms of weather. It could be sunny and mild, or cloudy, rainy, and chilly. Consider packing a rain and/or a warmer jacket. As Clare’s dad says, “There’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad gear!” haha :)
We do! Check out our "Travel" tab on the website for all of our recommendations! We have listed hotel suggestions ranging in price from affordable to very upscale! We have a room block set up at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Issaquah! See our "Travel" tab for more details. There are also many Airbnbs and VRBOs around Seattle, Issaquah, and the surrounding areas!
On your wedding invite, you'll be able to indicate if you have any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions.
Travel times in the Seattle area can vary a lot, so your maps app will be really helpful for checking traffic and timing. Even if distances from place to place seem short, traffic can make travel longer than expected. Make sure to plan accordingly!
Our colors are light pink, linen, sage green, and a wine/burgundy type color!
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the same place! Because of this, you only need to worry about parking once. There is a large parking lot located at our event space. There will be signs directing you on where to park.
Yes! When we booked the hotel room block, they made us choose specific dates for the rooms. However, if those dates don't align with your travel plans, call the hotel and say you're with the Raymond/George wedding, but your arrival/departure dates differ from the ones listed. From there, they should be able to adjust and accommodate your new dates!
