-For out-of-town guests, transportation will be provided from here, to the ceremony, reception, and back to this hotel. The shuttle will board at the hotel at 3:15 p.m. -Please make your reservation by 3/20/24 to receive the reduced rate. -After this date, rooms will go back to the regular sale rate. -A valid credit card number will be taken at the time of booking to secure each reservation and required at check-in. -Individuals canceling reservations after 11:59 PM two days prior to arrival will result in the charge of first night’s room and tax. -Guest check in is 4:00 PM and guest check out is 11:00 AM.
