Clare & Anthony

Anthony and Clare met at the rectory for St. Michaels parish in Auburn, Alabama in summer 2019 when they were both taking classes. Once summer was over, he asked Clare on their first date in Birmingham the day before fall semester started. When covid hit in March 2020, they went to the lake to finish classes. This is where they met Bruce, their rescue black lab. In August 2020, they went searching for a van to create their ultimate financial dreams of never having to stay in a hotel or eat-out when on vacation again. In December 2021, they found their van (named Milk) in Ashland, Kentucky and started to work. After countless hours of work and a lot of Youtube videos, they finished the van in August 2021. They took their first trip with their friends to North Carolina. After the weekend was over, Anthony drove Clare (who was asleep on the bed in the back of the van) to Pretty Place Chapel in Greenville, SC where he proposed. We are excited to continue our adventures together!
