How do I RSVP?

You can click the RSVP tab above to RSVP at any time.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP at your earliest convenience but no later than September 21st, 2025. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM. Please plan to arrive around 3:30-3:45 to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our dinner will be family style and mostly gluten free. If you have a food allergy or are vegetarian please let us know as soon as possible.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there will be valet parking at the Swanner House

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is cocktail attire, we suggest: mid length dresses, elegant separates, sport coats & pants or suits

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

While we don’t have a room block there are many hotels in the area. Please visit the travel section for some suggestions.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. During the reception you are free to enter the Swanner House to lounge.
