Things To Do

We're so excited for you to explore Denver and the surrounding areas. Below is a brief list of nearby activities but you can always text Clare or Morgan if you have questions about specific hikes, activities or ways to extend your trip in the mountains!
Explore Denver Neighborhoods

Explore Denver Neighborhoods

Take a drive through Denver and check out the different neighborhoods. You can grab a bite to eat in RiNo or LoHi, a casual drink on South Broadway or go for a walk in Cheeseman or Washington Park (to name just a few options)!

Rocky Mountain National Park

Rocky Mountain National Park

Estes Park, CO

Rocky Mountain National Park is one of our nation's most spectacular national parks with 415sq. miles of beauty, high rugged mountains, sparkling lakes, 350 miles of hiking trails, and abundant wildlife. While here you can enjoy quiet walks, exhilarating hikes, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, wildlife watching, scenic drives, horesback rides, rock climbing, photography, backpacking, and so much more. You are also likely to meet some of the locals: elk, bighorn sheep, moose, marmots, pika, and many other wild creatures that call this park home.

Denver Botanic Gardens

Coors Field

Coors Field

The Rockies will be in-town playing the Dodgers the 27-29!

Take a Hike

Take a Hike

Colorado is home to 1,431 trailheads all of varying lengths and degrees of difficulty. We recommend downloading AllTrails App and searching in the Boulder, Evergreen, Golden. If you want to catch a view of the mountains but not hike, we suggest Lookout Mountain, Pikes Peak, or Trail Ridge Road in RMNP!

COORS BREWERY TOUR

COORS BREWERY TOUR

502 14th St, Golden, CO 80401

See and taste traditional brewing at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in the largest single-site brewery in the world! The Coors Brewery Tour showcases history and a passion for brewing in a 30-minute look at malting, brewing and packaging processes. **Reservations are required for all brewery tours as well as for sampling in the lounge without taking the tour. Tour reservations release 28 days in advance, while sampling reservations will release seven days in advance

Georgetown Loop Railroad

Georgetown Loop Railroad

646 Loop Drive, Georgetown, CO 80444

The Georgetown Loop Railroad was one of Colorado’s first visitor attractions. Completed in 1884, this spectacular stretch of three-foot narrow gauge railroad was considered an engineering marvel for its time. This is a ride to remember! The beauty of the rugged Rocky Mountains surrounds you as an old-time steam locomotive or one of our powerful diesel locomotives winds up the Clear Creek canyon. Pass by remains of gold and silver mines and breathtaking views along the line, in fully enclosed and open cars. Great family fun for kids of all ages.

For all the days along the way
