Like all great modern love stories, ours began with a mutual friend... and a swipe right. It was early 2020—peak “is-this-really-happening?” energy—and while the world was shutting down, we somehow found something (or rather, someone) totally unexpected. We met, we clicked, and suddenly quarantine didn’t seem so bad. Between long walks, binge-worthy TV, and socially distanced coffee runs, we realized we were kind of obsessed with each other. Clare was drawn in by Cam’s big heart, endless love for our Lord, and a contagious drive to be the best version of himself. Cam couldn’t resist Clare’s warmth, her kindness, and a personality that could probably light up a whole neighborhood. Basically, it didn’t take long for us to realize we had something pretty special. Six years, countless adventures, and way too many gym dates later, Cam proposed to Clare on a rainy spring day in Mount Adams—a moment made even more perfect by the fact that it was so us: romantic, a little unexpected, and totally unforgettable. We’re so excited to return to that same spot, surrounded by the people we love, to finally make it official.
