We're getting married!

Clara and Noah met in 2016 on the very first day of university at orientation. Noah had just moved to Saskatoon from Calgary and didn’t know anyone, and in the unfamiliarity of it all, Clara quickly became a welcoming presence. At the same time, Clara found herself drawn to Noah and made a point of starting conversations whenever she could. From those small moments around campus, a friendship began to take shape. For two years, Clara and Noah were friends. From the very beginning, they felt an easy, natural connection. Both of them were still figuring out their paths in life, but together they became a guiding presence for one another. Their days followed the rhythm of university life: studying side by side in the library, taking breaks to laugh, grabbing a poutine at Harvey’s, enjoying dairy queen blizzards, spontaneous bubble tea runs after class, and celebrating the small victories like Noah making it to class in -40 weather. They supported one another, offered encouragement, and quietly helped each other grow. It was within these everyday moments that their connection quietly deepened. Between shared notes in lectures, late-night study sessions, and long walks across campus. Each laugh, each shared glance, and each quiet conversation brought them closer. When they finally found their way back to the same place, their walks from class to class turned into walks to watch the sunset along the river near their new home.
