Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Summer Formal. Dress pants and buttoned or collared shirt. Summery dresses, skirts, or jumpsuits. Sandals allowed only if dressy. Please no jeans, shorts, or white outfits (white is only for the bride!). Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside so please dress comfortably!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. Please arrive around 5:15 pm. If you arrive early, you are welcome to explore the grounds of Independence Grove!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will be a shuttle between the Holiday Inn and Independence Grove both to and from the ceremony. The shuttle will run for an hour before the ceremony and two hours during the reception. 4:15-5:15 pm Last shuttle leaves Hotel at 5:15 pm 11:00 pm-1:00 am Last shuttle leaves Independence Grove at 12:55 am

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are registered at Crate & Barrel, Amazon, and Macy's. Contributions to our Newlywed Fund and Honeymoon Fund are also appreciated. You can access all on our Registry page on the wedding website.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Your invitation will detail whether or not a plus one is included. Please reach out to Vince or Clara directly with any questions!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Your invitation will detail whether or not children are included. At the reception, all kids will receive a chef selected Children's Meal. Please reach out to Vince or Clara directly with any questions!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have a hotel block at the Holiday Inn just down the road. Please see our "Getting There" page on the wedding website for details.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Of course! When you RSVP, please include a detailed description of your food needs in the "Dietary Restrictions" box. This includes allergies and dietary restrictions. A chef selected meal aligned to your dietary needs will be provided.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Free parking is provided for all wedding guests! There is a large parking lot close to Audubon Hall. When entering Independence Grove, tell the parking attendant that you are a guest of the "Vince and Clara Wedding". Please visit our "Getting There" page on the wedding website for details.
