Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is a parking lot behind the venue and you are able to leave your car overnight. If you decide to Uber/Lyft back to your hotel, the venue kindly requests that you pick up your car by 9am on 11/6.

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named.

Please see our travel page. We have reserved a block at the Embassy Suites Downtown Grand Rapids. We also have listed several hotels that are near the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will provide a shuttle to the venue from Embassy Suites - one at 3:45pm and one at 4:30pm. We will also provide a shuttle back to the Embassy Suites - one available at 9:30pm, 10:30pm, and 11:45pm.

There is no dinner choice on the RSVP. What will be served?

Answer

We will be serving a barbecue buffet with 2 protein selections, sides, and salads.
