FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before July 1st. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates.

Question

Where should I reserve accommodations for the wedding?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Graduate by Hilton Fayetteville hotel and The Stonebreaker Hotel. A block of rooms are available at both hotels on a first come basis. Be sure to book early as rooms may fill up quickly! You can use the link provided on the Accommodations tab or mention the Rankin/Pugh wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate. The deadline to book your stay in either room block is July 22, 2025. If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. Alternatively, if you prefer a different type of accommodation, there are several short-term rental options available in Fayetteville, including homes, apartments, and vacation rentals through platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and other local listings. These can be a great choice for those looking for more space, privacy, or a longer stay.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you receivved a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate you understanding.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. This rule excludes the little ones in our bridal party and a few little members of our immediate family. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you make prior arrangements!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is Black Tie Optional. This means you can wear a tux, evening gown, formal suit, or cocktail dress-whatever makes you feel your best!

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at The Grand at Willow Springs. The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Depending on the weather, cocktail hour may be held outside.

Question

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

We anticipate the ceremony taking place around 5:30 p.m. Following the wedding ceremony we will celebrate with a cocktail hour, dinner, dancing and reception. The reception will likely conclude by 11pm.

Question

What are the transportation options to the wedding venue?

Answer

A guest shuttle will be provided from The Graduate Hotel to the venue. Ahead of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle at 4:00 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. After the reception, there will be 3 shuttles to transport guests back to the hotel at 8:30 p.m., 9:30 p.m., and 10:30 p.m. For those not staying at or near The Graduate Hotel, Uber and Lyft are also great options to get to and from the wedding, or if you prefer to drive, there is free on-site parking available at the venue. We encourage everyone to consider a ride service for convenience and a safe journey home. See you there!

Question

What airport should I fly into for the wedding?

Answer

The nearest airport to Fayetteville, Arkansas, is Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA), located about 30 minutes from the venue. This is the most convenient option for guests flying in.
