Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is cowboy country and we love it! So dust off those cowboy boots, don those cowboy hats and be ready for some swing dancing! The ceremony will take place outside so be sure to grab those layers just in case!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 20th so I can give vendors an accurate head count! :)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Unfortunately due to COVID there are no transportation options available at this time. But if this changes I'll be sure to update this page!

Where is the Double Diamond X guest ranch?

Answer

3453 Southfork Road Cody, Wyoming 82414 Once you're on Yellowstone Ave heading towards the East entrance to Yellowstone National Park, You will want to take a left turn onto South Fork Rd. Now you will stay on this road until Double Diamond X is on your right. Its about 34.3 miles once you turn onto South Fork. This is country miles, you're going to cover some beautiful country! When you go across the bridge over the South Fork of the Shoshone river you are getting close!! Don't despair you won't miss it!

Can I bring alcoholic beverages to celebrate with later on?

We will offer complimentary wine and beer selections. If you would prefer something a little stronger to get your feet dancing, there will be a cash bar available. *No outside alcohol is permitted on the property! Thank you!
