Hotel Availability?

Answer

We have as many rooms as the hotel has available. When we see the reserved block is filling up, we will contact the hotel to add more rooms to the block at no cost.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking availability is plentiful. There will be signage and/or a parking attendant to direct you to the parking area.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Yes, please do! Children are welcome at this event. We will have some activities to keep the kids somewhat entertained, but you will of course be responsible for your child...and your significant other for that matter.

What's the food situation?

We'll be providing appetizers after the ceremony and then a BBQ dinner during the reception.

What's the dress code?

Answer

TLDR: Cocktail. Basically, dress nice but don’t stress! Think a fun dress, a jumpsuit, or something a little fancier than your everyday look. For the guys, dress pants and a button-down do the trick—bonus points for a blazer, but no pressure. No tuxes, no ball gowns, just a little extra polish so we all look good while having an amazing time!

What's the color palette?

Earthy blues and greens (think dusty blue and sage) and a pop of terracotta. You're welcome to wear whatever color you're comfortable in!

What's the restroom situation?

Answer

We've got restrooms on-site, but there is only 1 for ladies and 1 for dudes, so be prepared for a little wait during busy times. Thanks for rolling with it.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) and reception will be indoors.

What’s the weather like this time of year?

Answer

Could be cool and could be warm - mid-50s to mid-60s. Expect for it to cool off once the sun sets!

Is there transportation available?

Answer

The wedding hotel (Comfort Suites - Cottage Grove) will provide a small shuttle that will be making trips to and from the venue throughout the night for pick-up and drop-off - Rides from the hotel to the venue will start at 3:00pm and run until 4:00pm. (approximately 15 minute round trip) Rides from the Venue back to the hotel will start at 8:00pm and run every hour until 11:00pm. (at 11:00pm the shuttle will run until everyone is back at the hotel)
