FAQs

Question

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We would appreciate if you could RSVP as soon as you know your plans, or by May 1st at the latest. This gives us enough time to solidify our guest count with vendors.

Question

Can I bring my children or a plus one?

Answer

All invited guests are listed on the RSVP page when you enter your name. If you have a +1 or child included in your party, the RSVP page will indicate that. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests at this time due to space limitations at our venue.

Question

How can I connect with other guests before the wedding?

Answer

We would love to help you connect with other friends to hang out with for the weekend, split a hotel room, share a rental car/uber, etc. Text Clara or Caleb if you're interested in this!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite out guests to wear cocktail attire - fun summer and spring colors are especially encouraged! Keep in mind that the reception will be outside.

Question

What is the parking situation like for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Ceremony parking is available for everyone in the Three Trees Chapel parking lot. Reception parking at Mountain Crust is limited. We ask that you park next door in the high school lot (~5 minute walk) if you are able. Parking map and signage will be provided at a later date.

Question

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to Three Trees Chapel between 3:30-3:45 to allow enough time for parking and seating in the chapel. The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4pm.

Question

What if I can't make it until later in the evening?

Answer

We would love for you to celebrate with us at the reception any time after 5:00pm even if you aren't able to make it early enough for the ceremony! Please indicate on your RSVP that you will attend the reception but not the ceremony.

Question

What kind of food and drinks will be provided at the reception?

Answer

Our venue makes great pizza out of their backyard pizza oven, which they will be serving for dinner along with appetizers and salad! Beer, wine, and signature cocktails along with non-alcoholic beverages and sodas will be provided throughout the reception. Please indicate on your RSVP if you will be drinking alcohol so we can prep the bar accordingly!

Question

Any policy on photos?

Answer

We ask that our guests not take any photos during the ceremony. After the ceremony, you are free and encouraged to take any photos you would like. Please feel free to share any photos taken in the cocktail hour or reception with the bride and groom! We'd love to see your experience of the day as well.

Question

When does the reception end?

Answer

Please feel free to leave when you need, we understand everyone has different travel plans. The night will officially end with a 9:45 send-off of the bride and groom. There is no expectation to stay the whole time or to announce your departure. We are grateful for your presence and so excited to celebrate with all of you!
