Please park at Fairfield Elementary School. School is located on the corner of Royal Ave. and Fairfield Ave. There will be a couple cars transporting folks just down the street to our house, every 5 min or so starting at 3:45 for the wedding and again at 6:45 for the reception. https://maps.app.goo.gl/3m9LTN2zJpyDmVSEA

Summer ware. Dressed-up but comfy. Shoes to wear on grass and for dancing.

How late will this go?

Answer

We are planning on this party going until between 11-midnight. However, people need to feel comfortable leaving whenever is right for them. There are no expectations for anyone to stick around longer than they want to. Very chill!

Will food be provided?

Answer

Yes, those invited for the wedding will be fed a meal prior to the reception starting. Those who stay or come for the reception will be fed finger foods throughout the night, including breads, dips, chips, veggies, fruits etc. Cake and other deserts will also be available

Will there be alcohol served? Non-alcoholic options?

Answer

Yes. We will have beer and wine, as well as some sort of mixed drinks. We will also serve sparkling water, juices, soda etc.

Where should we stay if needing a hotel?

Answer

We do not have a block of rooms at a specific hotel, but have suggestions for hotels in the Eugene/Springfield area on our travel page
