Question

Will transportation to and from the venue be provided?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles running from The Westin Philadelphia to and from the wedding. For those who are staying at the either the Kimpton or the Sonesta, the Westin is less than 5-minute walk away! For those who aren’t staying at the hotels, we still encourage you to take the shuttles if convenient for you! Schedule as follows: To the wedding: Shuttles will leave The Westin Philadelphia at 4:30pm and 4:45pm. From the wedding: Shuttles will start running continuously from the Horticulture Center to The Westin at 9:30pm until the party ends at 11:00pm. Shuttle to the after party will leave at 11:00pm.

Is there parking available near the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking in the lot right across from the venue.

Question

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

If weather cooperates, the ceremony will take place outdoors at the Fairmount Park Horticulture Center, while the reception will take place indoors. In the case of rain, we will move the ceremony indoors.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the size of the venue, we are able to accommodate children of immediate family only. We hope you understand!
