Welcome Party

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire

Start off the weekend celebrating with us and a view of Lake Michigan! There will be cocktails & hors d'oeuvres, and shuttles will be available from each of the hotel blocks (The American Club, The Inn on Woodlake, Fairfield Inn, and Home2Suites). There is also free parking available if you choose to drive. Shuttle Departure Times: Shuttle 1 6:40 pm from The American Club 6:45 pm from The Inn on Woodlake Shuttle 2 6:40 pm from Fairfield Inn 6:45 pm from Home2Suites Return shuttles to the hotel blocks will be available starting at 9:00 pm.

Wedding

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Black Tie Optional

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be in the courtyards at The American Club. The reception will be in The Great Lakes Ballroom. Shuttles will be available from the Fairfield Inn and Home2Suites. If you are staying at the Inn on Woodlake, we recommend taking the complimentary green shuttle offered by Kohler. There is also free parking available if you choose to drive. Shuttle Departure Times: Home2Suites: 3:10 pm 3:50 pm Fairfield Inn: 3:25 pm 4:05 pm Return shuttles to the Fairfield Inn and Home2Suites will be available starting at 9:00 pm.

Brunch

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Pop on by The Stone’s lake house for a casual brunch on your way to the airport or before your drive home. Come and go as your schedule allows!
