We are asking everyone who attends the wedding to be fully vaccinated. Masks are not required, but are certainly welcome if that is how you will feel most comfortable.
The sooner the better! Please make sure to let us know your plans by August 5.
Due to space constraints, please only bring children to the events in Kansas City if they are listed on your invitation. Children are more than welcome to attend the Arizona open house!
Cocktail attire - suits and ties, cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits. Feel free to wear any color you want (other than white), but the wedding party will be wearing dusty blue.
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early, at 4pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 and we don't want you to miss anything!
If you are staying at either of our suggested hotels in downtown KC (see the "travel" page), you can easily walk to the venue or ride the free streetcar, so you will only need transportation to and from the airport. If you are staying outside of the downtown area, you will likely want to rent a car or use a rideshare app.
Yes! Parking is available in both surface lots and on the street. See our "travel" page for more details and a map of available parking.
When you RSVP, you will find a space to list any dietary restrictions. We will do our best to make sure there is food that everyone can eat!
In classic Midwest fashion, weather in Kansas City can be unpredictable. Most likely it will be hot and humid, but luckily the ceremony and reception are all indoors and fully air-conditioned.
