When should I RSVP by?

Answer

While we hope to see everyone on this special evening, we understand that not all will be able to join us. We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than May 31st, 2025, in order for us to make proper arrangements regarding food and drinks.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 p.m., so we ask that you are present and seated prior to that time. The venue is roughly eight miles north of Hays, so be sure to give yourself enough time to make the drive (speaking from experience on this one).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Most importantly, we want you to be comfortable and enjoy your time spent with us. For those who want to indulge, dress code is garden party - think light and airy dresses, florals, bright and vivid colors, breathable suits and lightweight shirts, etc.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! If there is something specific you enjoy drinking, feel free to bring it with you, as outside alcohol IS allowed at the venue. But drinks are on us - so eat, drink, and be merry.

What will be available for food?

Answer

Hors d'oeuvres will be served during the cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception. Our main meal will be catered by Dickinson Catering. Included are two meat options, pasta and potato dishes, rolls, and salad.

What are options for rides if I've been drinking?

Answer

Hays has multiple ride services available, including Uber, Lyft, and the Convenience Cab.
