We’re (finally) tying the knot!

Dating in your 30s after being married before is anything but fun. I definitely wasn’t ready to go all in ever again. Yet, I found myself on the apps (which are … well … something). One day, I came across Steve’s profile. I was hesitant, but his comment about watching Christmas movies caught my attention. So, I swiped and asked him his favorite Christmas movie, and the rest is history. Trying to coordinate schedules proved somewhat difficult. Finally the stars aligned and our schedules were clear. We had our first date planned and I was NERVOUS — the kind of nervousness that I almost canceled. Thankfully, with convincing from one of my closest friends, I didn’t. We went on our first date, which lasted hours. And we’ve been pretty inseparable ever since.
