If you'd like to visit Lake Michigan and spend a day at the beach, the closest one is Silver Beach in St. Joe. We also recommend visiting South Haven and Saugatuck, but they are a little further!

Chicago is only 1.5 hours from Benton Harbor! If you're visiting from far away, we recommend visiting the windy city! There are endless things to do there and the weather is beautiful in the summer time! You can drive there or take a train that will bring you right to downtown Chicago.
