Is there a dress code?

Welcome Party: Dressy Casual / Lakeside Cocktail For Men: Blazers, sport coats, slacks or chinos, dress shirt, no tie For Women: Dresses of any length, skirt/blouse sets, casual heels/wedges Wedding and Reception: We are requesting fun, colorful formal attire for our guests. For Men: Suits of any color with dress shirt and tie. For Women: Formal full length dresses. Due to the nature of our outdoor ceremony site, and covered tent reception, comfortable heels are encouraged!

Can I bring a date or kids?

We are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is ample parking on-site at The Boathouse Sunday Park and at Historic Whitewood.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Our rehearsal dinner is invite-only, and is reserved for our immediate family and wedding party. All guests who receive a wedding invitation are invited to join us the night before at our welcome party! More details can be found under the "schedule" tab.
