Travel Note
The Picnic House is located within the park and does not have on-site parking or direct car access. The easiest way to get to the venue is via taxi or Uber/Lyft or the F/G trains. For guests taking a taxi or rideshare: Please use “Litchfield Villa” as your drop-off location (near 5th Street and Prospect Park West). From there, the venue is approximately a 400m walk through the parking lot next to Litchfield Villa and across West Drive in the park. Please watch for cyclists when crossing West Drive. The walk includes a small set of stairs. Guests with accessibility concerns, please let us know - we are happy to arrange accessible transportation directly to the venue. We will also be providing Uber vouchers for guests staying at our hotel blocks. For guests driving: The public parking lot next to Litchfield Villa and nearby street parking are available, but both can be very limited, especially on weekends. If you plan to drive, we recommend allowing plenty of extra time to find parking.
