Question

How long will the Bride and Groom be staying in the area for wedding festivities?

Answer

Claire and Nick will be arriving at Gold Beach on Wednesday, June 23rd, two days before the wedding. The day after the wedding, Saturday, June 26th, is when the couple will be departing. Please stay for as long or as short as you would like! If you are planning to attend the wedding, it is only expected that you at least be there on the day of, Friday, June 25th. We hope that you can enjoy exploring the Southern Oregon Coast in addition to celebrating our wedding day! There is no itinerary other than the day of the wedding, so relax and have fun!

Will most of the festivities take place in Brookings or Gold Beach?

Answer

While our wedding ceremony will technically take place in Brookings, the majority of the festivities will be in Gold Beach. We recommend booking accommodations in Gold Beach to be closer to the reception and after-party venue.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a color palette I should be aware of?

Answer

All we ask is that you wear semi-formal attire (see description under ceremony on the schedule tab). This means no jeans! While our wedding is pretty casual, we would like to see you all in at least somewhat formal clothing. A pair of comfortable shoes for the short hike to the ceremony spot and for the beach is also a good idea! As for the color palette, we are not requiring anyone to wear certain colors. This is just for those who have asked and would like to match. Our wedding colors are shades of blue and green. Are children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate them on our wedding day. Thank you for understanding!
