Please let us know if you are planning on riding the shuttle from the hotel to the wedding venue. Guests are welcome to also drive themselves to the venue.
Wedding
3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Formal: Suits, cocktail dresses/gowns. Wear pastel/summer colors or breezy fabrics to brighten up the event!! (Note: avoid colors too close to white or butter yellow)
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm
Arrival: All guests plan to arrive at the venue by 3:30pm. If you are late, unfortunately you will have to stand in the back like you are back in elementary school, until the right timing ;) Phones: We would appreciate our guests putting their phone away and be present for this special moment of our lives. Our wonderful photographers will help capture those beautiful moments. Your emails from your boss or message from your tinder date can wait :)
Party Ends - Shuttle Drop Off
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The venue will coordinate a formal exit for the bride and groom. Shuttles will be available for those who are riding back to the hotel. The shuttle will be available for those wishing to depart early at 8:00pm and last shuttle at 10pm.
