Dinner The Bride's favorite restaurant in Covington! They have amazing Italian food! If you can, ask to sit in the wine room to get a cozy seat with a lovely view of Boston street. We love everything on the menu, but highly recommend their lasagna.
The best way to describe this coffee shop is like a Starbucks meets small-town. They have an in-house coffee roastery, Northshore Specialty Coffee, with a full-service bar offering craft cocktails, beer, and wine on tap. Beyond beverages, Haven provides a menu of gourmet plates and baked goods, all within a cozy atmosphere that features live music events in the evenings.
Reservations or calling ahead is *highly recommended*! The ETR has an amazing "High Tea" experience, however, if you're looking for a more casual time stopping by for lunch is highly recommended. They have a HUGE selection of teas and the food is delicious. A very unique experience right in the heart of downtown Covington and within walking distance of the Bed & Breakfasts mentioned in Covington. If you cannot get reservations, they do have tea that can be ordered/made to go (hot or iced)!

Love this spot for some Thai food on the Northshore! We do recommend getting takeout instead of dinning here, but that is an option as well.
A Israeli-inspired restaurant offering a variety of dishes, including wood-fired pita, hummus plates, and a selection of small and large plates. All of their food is very fresh! Our favorite dish is their fried chicken & hummus plate (crazy, we know - but don't knock it till you try it)!

It's Snow "Ball"...not "Cone" A snowball, in the context of New Orleans, refers to a popular local treat made of finely shaved ice topped with flavored syrup. Unlike a snow cone, where the ice is typically more coarse, a snowball has a smoother, fluffier texture that absorbs the syrup better. Snowballs come in a variety of flavors, from fruity options like cherry and strawberry to more unique choices like wedding cake or cream. It's a refreshing, sweet snack often enjoyed during the hot Louisiana summers. There are stands everywhere, keep an eye out!
Located inside the Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans, the Carousel Bar & Lounge is an iconic and unique destination.
