We are aware that not everyone will feel comfortable attending a gathering during an ongoing pandemic, but if you do choose to join us for our small celebration, we want to let you know what we're doing to mitigate risk to guests and staff at our venue. The venue we chose has both indoor and outdoor space, with the one wall of the indoor space consisting of large garage doors, which we plan to have open for maximal air flow. The venue is very large, with capacity for 380 in the indoor space alone- we are only planning for 50-75 guests, so this will allow for more than enough room to space out tables and create a socially-distanced dance floor area. Seating will be arranged to avoid unnecessary contact with those outside of immediate family and friend groups while eating and drinking. We are both fully vaccinated, which we encourage every guest to pursue as vaccines become available. We are also aware that travel still involves risk, so we understand completely if not everyone we invited feels comfortable taking that risk in order to attend. We still appreciate our friends and family around the country and abroad, and hope to celebrate with you all someday in the future!
